Return Policy

Did you change your mind?

Don’t worry, we will manage it! :-)

To be eligible for return, your order items need to be unused, unwashed, not missing any parts & in their original condition.

Kindly report that if you wish to return your items, it should be within a period that does not exceed 15 days starting from the delivery date.

If any of your order items were received damaged, faulty or incomplete - we will handle the shipping & return fee.

Please send us an email with a clear photo that shows the defaults in your receive item to "info@KaafMeem.com"

If your order items are in good condition, but you just changed your mind - please send the items back to us at your own convenience.

KaafMeem.com will not handle shipping & return fees in such cases. You can ship the order/item back to our facility via your own method or contact KaafMeem support team to arrange for a pick (charges will be applied - ask the team for the charges). 

If order were placed using COD payment method, the COD charges (20 SR) wont be refunded, as these charges are charged by the shipping company. 

Please note that KaafMeem.com will issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
