مواعيد ومخطط جدول العمل الرسمي
يرجى العلم بأن أيام العمل وتجهيز الطلبيات الرسمية في كاف ميم تبدأ من الأحد إلى الخميس. ويعتبر يومي الجمعة والسبت بالإضافة إلى العطلات الرسمية في الدولة أيام إجازة لجميع موظفينا ولشركائنا من شركات النقل والشحن.
تكاليف ورسوم التوصيل المحلي (داخل السعودية)
- الطلبات بقيمة 300 ريال سعودي أو أكثر: مؤهلة للحصول على شحن مجاني بالكامل لأي مكان داخل المملكة العربية السعودية (شاملة حسابات ضريبة القيمة المضافة).
- الطلبات الأقل من 300 ريال سعودي: تخضع لرسوم شحن محلية ثابتة وموحدة بقيمة 25 ريال سعودي فقط.

باقي دول العالم: بالنسبة للطلبيات الدولية المتوجهة لبلدان غير مشمولة في القائمة التسويقية أعلاه، يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بدقة وشفافية في صفحة إنهاء الطلب بناءً على دولة الوجهة المحددة.

ملاحظات هامة بخصوص مواسم التنزيلات والشحن
خلال فترات العروض الكبرى ومواسم الأعياد والتخفيضات، قد يستغرق تجهيز وإعداد الشحنات وقتاً إضافياً يتراوح بين 3 إلى 6 أيام عمل إضافية.
بمجرد خروج الشحنة، يرسل لكِ النظام بوليصة التتبع فوراً عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني، كما يمكنكِ تتبع مسار الشحنة مباشرة عبر لوحة تحكم حسابكِ على موقع كاف ميم.

Please note that official working days and order processing at Kaafmeem run from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are considered days off for all our team members and our shipping and courier partners.
Local Delivery Costs & Fees (Inside Saudi Arabia)
- Orders of 300 or more: Eligible for completely free shipping anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (inclusive of Value Added Tax).
- Orders under 300 SAR: Subject to a flat unified local shipping fee of 25 only.

Important Notes Regarding Sale Seasons & Shipping
During major promotional periods, holidays, and discount seasons, processing and preparing shipments may take additional time ranging between 3 to 6 additional working days.
Once your shipment leaves, the system will immediately send you the tracking waybill via SMS and email. You can also track your shipment's progress directly through your account dashboard on the Kaafmeem website.
