Returns & Exchanges Policy

Dear customer, to ensure your complete satisfaction with all our products and services at Kaafmeem, please contact us and submit your return request within the specified timeframes below according to the product type or offer.

Return Cases & Conditions

Accepted Return Cases: Manufacturing defect, product damage during shipping, product flaw, receiving the wrong item, or if the product is not suitable for you.

Acceptance Conditions: Returning the product in its original condition inside the bag and box along with the brand tag, providing the receipt, and ensuring the product is unwashed and complete with no missing parts.

Fees & Shipping: You are entitled to one free return attempt per order. In case of a manufacturing defect, the store bears all shipping costs. For other reasons, it is free for the first time, and costs 25 to raise a return request for the second time on the same order. Delivery fees and Cash on Delivery fees (20 SAR) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items & International Orders

• Accessories and face masks.
• Products purchased during bundle offers (e.g., buy one abaya and get the second at half price): The entire bundle must be returned, or if a part of it is returned, the items revert to their original price before discount.

Outlet Products: Return must be requested within 24 hours only from the delivery date.

International Orders: International orders cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances.

What Happens After Submitting a Return Request?

Upon approval, a tracking number will be sent to schedule the shipment and coordinate pickup with the shipping company for the courier to arrive within 4-5 days to collect the products. Products are inspected to ensure compliance with conditions, and refunds are processed based on the payment method within 7 to 14 working days. (The return waybill expires if 7 days pass without shipping the items).

For Orders Paid via "Cash on Delivery": Refunds require providing your bank account details (IBAN, cardholder's full name matching the name on the order, bank name).

Responsibility for Unclaimed Orders: Kaafmeem disclaims liability for paid orders that are not claimed within 90 days, where the order will be handled based on the payment method (or handled according to customized orders based on customer preference).
