    • We made the online shopping experience easy for all. All you need to do is to choose the products you want to buy and add them to the cart. Then you have to indicate shipping address and choose payment option. You may pay for your order through Saudi Banks or Credit Card via our trusted partner PayTabs. In case you have chosen to pay through banks, please deposit the money and confirm that through the payment confirmation form sent to your email. We will then confirm your order and will send you the shipment tracking number that you can check on the shipping company website.
  • How do I make sure that the size of the product would fit me?

    • All KaafMeem products are Free Size.
  • Can I purchase by calling KaafMeem customer support ?

    • We package your orders very carefully in our warehouses and pay attention to the smallest details. We ship to all Saudi cities and worldwide. Our quality control team always inspects orders and packages to make sure you get them in excellent condition.
  • What if I am not there when the delivery tried to approach me?

    • The shipping company will try to call you many times to hand you your product. In case they couldn't get you, you will receive a note stating how you can get your order.

  • When will you deduct the amount from my Credit Card?

    • Credit Cards take instant authorization from your bank and the amount is deducted within 24 hours.
  • Is there any additional fee that I have to pay like custom charges?

    • There are no additional fees to what you pay at checkout. Since we are located in Saudi Arabia, customers don't pay any custom charges. If your order is international, custom charges may apply based on each country regulations.
